Archiving hides a saved program from your main list without deleting it. It's for programs you're not using right now but don't want gone for good.
Where to find it
Open a saved (inactive) program's menu → Archive. To see what's archived: Programs tab → Change → View Archived Programs (or the "Archived" link on the main Programs screen).
Archiving a program
Only saved programs (not your active one) can be archived. Open its menu and tap Archive to move it out of your Saved Programs list.
Restoring or deleting
Each entry in the Archived Programs list shows the program's name, split, and goal so you can tell them apart at a glance, along with a Restore action, which brings it back to Saved Programs, and a delete action. Confirming delete asks "Delete Permanently?" and warns the action can't be undone.
Good to know
- Archiving doesn't touch your logged history: sessions and PRs from an archived program stay attached to it and still count in your overall stats.
- Deleting isn't always permanent: if the program has any logged sessions, Kenso archives it instead of erasing it, even when you confirm the permanent-delete prompt, so your training history is never lost by accident. Only a program with zero logged sessions is actually deleted.
- Restarting an archived program (from the "Run Again" option elsewhere in your saved programs) unarchives it automatically, so you don't need to restore it by hand first.
- To end your active program, see Switch Programs. Archiving isn't the way to stop training a program you're currently running.
