The Performance page is where Kenso brings your progress together: your Strength Score, muscle-by-muscle balance, personal records, and training trends, all in one place. It's reached from the "Stats" tab in the bottom navigation, and its own header reads "Performance." Every card links deeper into the specific data behind it.
Where to find it
Tap Stats in the bottom navigation.
What's on the page
- Strength Score: your overall score and trend; see Strength Score.
- Muscle Balance: an overview of which muscles are strongest, weakest, improving, or declining.
- Signals: things worth your attention, surfaced automatically.
- Top Improvements: the exercises and muscles moving in the right direction.
- Muscle Groups: training volume by muscle against its volume landmarks; see Volume landmarks.
- Records: your recent PRs by weight or e1RM, with a link to the full list; see Personal Records and e1RM.
- Training Trends: how your total volume and intensity have changed over the last 8 weeks, tracked alongside your workout count.
- Program Performance: how your active program's training is going, when you're following one.
Drilling in
Tap a muscle anywhere on the page to open its detail view: score history, volume band, and the exercises training it. Tap a PR in Records to open a progress chart for that exercise; the full set-quality breakdown lives one tap deeper, reached from an exercise in a muscle page's Drivers list. See Exercise and muscle detail.
Good to know
- Some cards, like Training Trends and Program Performance, show a locked preview on a free account rather than the full chart. See Free vs Pro.
- Data on this page reflects everything you've logged, not only a single program; switching or finishing a program doesn't reset it.
