Muscle detail and exercise detail are two related drill-in views. A muscle's page shows its volume and strength trend and everything training it; an exercise's page shows that exercise's set quality over time. You reach them differently, and the exercise page is Pro-only.
Where to find it
From Stats, tap a muscle in Muscle Balance or Muscle Groups to open its muscle detail page. The exercise detail page is reached from there: on a muscle's page, tap an exercise in its Drivers list. Tapping a PR in Records, or a progress chart elsewhere in the app, opens a chart-only sheet instead of the full exercise detail page; it isn't linked from the catalog or the logger.
Exercise detail
The exercise page shows three stats: current e1RM, its recent trend, and its impact on the muscle it primarily trains (High, Medium, or Low). Below that, a Set Quality breakdown splits your recent sets into Productive, Low Contribution, and High Fatigue, with a toggle to view the last 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or all time. Tapping a quality category filters the set list below it to only those sets. This page requires Pro.
Muscle detail
The muscle page shows the muscle's Volume, Strength, and Standards, plus a chart combining training volume and strength trend over a window you switch with 3M / 6M / 1Y buttons. Below the chart, a Drivers list shows which exercises are contributing most to that muscle's trend, and, for the current week, which exercises trained it and how much.
If you got to the page from a specific program, volume is scoped to that program while strength and standards reflect your training everywhere.
Good to know
- Set Quality and the muscle Drivers list are both about identifying which sets or exercises are actually moving the needle, not only logging volume for its own sake.
- A "High Fatigue" set on the exercise page means a set that was both effective and costly to recover from, and it's worth noticing if several show up in a row.
- Tapping a Driver row is how you get from a muscle's page to that exercise's own detail page.
