If you've imported past workouts into Kenso, this screen looks at that history and detects any routine you've been repeating, then lets you turn it into an editable program in one tap. It only looks at imported workouts, not programs you've built in Kenso.
Where to find it
After importing workout history, tap "Bring this into a program" on the import confirmation screen, or from Home's suggestions. You can also reach it directly at Programs → Change → Import Program.
How detection works
Kenso looks at your last three months of imported workouts and needs at least six sessions before it can detect a routine. If it finds one or more recurring patterns, each candidate shows its name, source app, date range, session count, and the workout names it's built from.
Bringing one in
Tap "Bring it in" on a candidate to open it in the program editor, pre-filled with the days and exercises Kenso detected. Review and adjust anything before saving. Nothing is written to your account until you save from the editor.
If nothing is detected
If you don't have enough imported history yet, you're offered two paths: import more workouts, or build a program from scratch.
Good to know
- This only surfaces after an import of six or more sessions from another app; see Import Workouts and Bring Your History.
- Once saved, a program built this way is edited the same way as any other program. See Edit a Program.
