You can leave a short note on any exercise: a cue to remember, a form adjustment, anything you want in front of you next time. Notes are per exercise, and past notes for that exercise are saved so you can look back at them.

Where to find it

Expand an exercise card and look above the set rows, directly under any coach tips for that exercise. If it has no note yet, tap Add note; if it already has one, the note itself is shown there instead, with a pencil icon to edit it.

Writing a note

Tap Add note to open a text box (up to 1000 characters), type your note, and tap Save. To edit an existing note, tap it to reopen the text box.

Reading past notes

Tap the clock icon next to an existing note to open Note History, which lists everything you've noted for that exercise, most recent first. You can delete any past note from that list.

Good to know

  • Add note only appears on program workouts. Freestyle and empty sessions don't have a note field, since there's no program slot for the note to attach to.
  • Notes are tied to the exercise within your active program, so the same exercise in a different program keeps its own separate notes.
  • A note stays attached to the exercise across sessions. It isn't cleared when you finish a workout.
  • Notes sit next to the Unilateral toggle on the same row, which is unrelated to notes but shares the same space on the card.
