Meso Summary is the recap screen for a training cycle: sessions logged, volume, PRs, and strength gains since you started. You see it when ending your active program, as a confirmation step, and you can revisit it afterward for any program you've completed.
Where to find it
While ending your active program: Programs tab → program menu → End Program. For a program you've already finished: its menu → View Summary.
What it shows
- Sessions logged, total volume, and PR count for the cycle.
- A breakdown of how many times you completed each workout day.
- Every personal record set during the cycle, with the weight and reps.
- Strength gains (an overall change plus a per-muscle breakdown) since the program started.
Ending an active program from here
If you're ending your active program, you're asked to rate it (1–5 stars) and can add optional notes on how it went. "Keep Going" cancels and returns you to the app without ending anything; "End Program" confirms. The screen changes its icon and tint depending on whether you set any PRs during the cycle (a trophy on an amber background if you did, a checkmark on emerald if you didn't), and its header shows the program's name, split, and the date range you trained it.
If you don't have another program lined up
If ending your program here leaves you with nothing else active, Kenso doesn't leave you without a program: it automatically switches you into Freestyle so you can keep logging workouts without picking a new structured program first.
Good to know
- Rating and notes only appear while you're actively ending a program: reviewing a program you already finished shows the stats only, with a single Done button instead of Keep Going / End Program.
- Ending your program here is the same action as switching to a different one. See Switch Programs for what happens to your history afterward.
- PR and strength-gain details link back to your ongoing record and score tracking. See PRs & e1RM and Strength Score.
