As you chat, your coach saves short, durable facts about you (an injury to work around, a goal, a preference) so it doesn't ask the same questions every conversation. You can see everything it has saved, edit any note, or delete it.

Where to find it

Coach page → tap the brain icon in the top-right corner ("What your coach knows").

What gets saved

The coach decides what's worth remembering during a conversation: things like "avoid overhead pressing, shoulder is sensitive" or "training for a spring marathon." These are short notes, not full transcripts of what you said.

Edit or delete a memory

Open "What your coach knows" and tap any saved note to edit its text inline, or tap the trash icon to delete it. Changes take effect in your next message to the coach.

Why it matters

Without saved memories, every conversation starts from zero: you'd have to re-explain an old injury or a current goal each time. Saved memories are what let the coach give advice that fits your situation instead of generic training tips.

Good to know

  • There's no manual "add a memory" button: the coach saves these itself during a conversation, based on what you tell it. If something important didn't get saved, mention it again and ask the coach to remember it.
  • A note can run up to 500 characters; the editor shows a live count.
  • Deleting a memory is immediate and can't be undone: the coach won't have that context in future conversations.
  • Memories carry across devices, since they're tied to your account rather than stored only on your phone.
  • For how this differs from your raw chat history, see Coach memory and chat history.
