Usually it shouldn't be gone. Kenso syncs your logged sets to the server every few seconds while you train, not only when you finish, so reinstalling and signing back into the same account normally recovers the workout you were in. There are a few real cases where sets are lost: guest mode (nothing syncs to an account until you sign up), sets logged while offline that never got a chance to reconnect before the reinstall, and the last few seconds of edits right before a hard force-close.

What to do

  • Sign in with the same account after reinstalling, then open Home: an active-workout banner should offer to resume it.
  • If you were offline right before reinstalling, expect anything logged in that last stretch to be missing.
  • If you were signed in, were online, and the workout still isn't there, email support@kensoforge.com with the date so it can be checked.

See pause and resume for the full behavior around what survives and what doesn't.
