Kenso lowered it because your last session for that exercise didn't meet what its progression strategy needs to advance: missed reps, a higher RPE than the target, or a failed top set. Some strategies step the weight back on purpose after a miss instead of holding it steady, and a deload (manual or scheduled) can drop working weights for a session on top of that. Whatever adjusted your number followed the strategy assigned to that exercise, which you can see and change.
What to do
- On the exercise card, open the ⋮ menu and tap Strategy to see which strategy is running and what it's reacting to.
- Check your last logged sets (reps, weight, and RPE) for what triggered the change.
- If you don't want a strategy moving your weight at all, switch it to Manual, which locks your prescription until you change it yourself.
