Kenso accounts sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password, whichever you used the first time. There's currently no in-app way to add a second sign-in method to an account you already have.

Where to find it

The sign-in screen (the first screen on the iOS app, or kensoforge.com/auth on the web) offers Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or email and password.

One method per account

Whichever you use the first time is how you sign back in going forward; Kenso doesn't offer a "link another sign-in method" option inside Settings yet. Signing in with a different method later (Apple the first time, Google the next) creates a separate new account rather than adding to the one you already have.

Why you might end up with two accounts

Apple's "Hide My Email" can generate a different private relay address on each sign-in, and Google can resolve to an address that doesn't match what Kenso has on file. Either can make a returning sign-in look like a new email address, so Kenso creates a second account without meaning to.

If you think you have two accounts

There's no self-serve merge tool yet. Use Send Feedback and describe both accounts (the usernames or emails you know of) so the team can look into it.

Good to know

  • Your programs, history, and Pro status all live on whichever account you're actually signed into. Check the email shown under your username in Settings if you're not sure which one that is.
