Where you manage your subscription depends on how you subscribed. App Store purchases open Apple's Customer Center; web purchases open a billing portal link. Gifted Pro has no subscription behind it, so there's nothing to manage: it runs on its own until its end date.

Where to find it

Settings → Account. If you subscribed on the iOS app, tap Manage Subscription to open Apple's Customer Center. If you subscribed on the web instead, the same Manage Subscription row opens a billing portal link.

Changing or cancelling on the iOS app

Apple's Customer Center, opened from Manage Subscription, lets you switch between monthly and annual, cancel, or review your billing history. You can also manage the subscription directly from iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, outside of Kenso.

Changing or cancelling on the web

Tap Manage Subscription. Kenso verifies your subscription by email and opens a portal link where you can update your payment method, cancel, or view receipts.

If your subscription lapses

The plan badge next to your username in Settings shows PRO, FREE, or EXPIRED once a past subscription or gift has ended. An EXPIRED badge is tappable and takes you straight to the paywall to resubscribe.

Gifted Pro

If your Pro access was granted to you rather than purchased, there's no billing to manage: access runs until the date it was granted for, then reverts to Free on its own. Kenso emails you in the days before a gifted period ends, telling you what specifically will stop working, and you can also check the plan badge in Settings any time to see where you stand.

Restoring purchases

If you've paid before but Kenso currently shows you as Free (after reinstalling the app, for example), use Restore Purchases in Settings → Account rather than subscribing again.

Refunds

Kenso doesn't process refunds directly: the platform you paid through does. For a purchase made through the App Store, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase made on the web, email support@kensoforge.com.

Good to know

  • Deleting your Kenso account doesn't cancel an App Store or web subscription by itself. Cancel it through the paths above first, or it keeps renewing with no account left to use it on.
