Kenso tracks your training as Growth XP: a running total that levels you up over time. The dial on Home shows your current level and a progress ring toward the next one.
Where to find it
The dial in the top corner of Home; tap it to open the full Achievements page.
How you earn growth
You earn XP for training: completing workouts, hitting personal records, and staying consistent week to week all contribute. The exact amount for any single action isn't shown as a fixed number in the app, since it depends on context like what you did and how it compares to your recent training.
Levels and the dial
The ring around your level number fills as you get closer to the next level; it resets and the level number ticks up once you cross the threshold. Reaching a new level plays a short animation on the dial.
Growth this week
The Achievements page shows a stat strip with your current week streak, how many badges you've earned out of the total available, and "growth this week," your XP total for the current week. It's a snapshot of the week in progress, not a comparison against your own history.
Good to know
- Growth Levels are personal by default: they aren't shown to anyone else unless you join a crew that uses XP as its leaderboard metric. See Crews.
- Your level and XP are visible on the Achievements page alongside your badges: see Badges and Achievements.
- Leveling up doesn't grant access to new app features on its own: it's a record of consistency and progress over time, not a gate.
- The dial reflects a running total, so there's nothing to lose by taking a rest day: your level never goes backward.
