It's the same set row, switched to the mode the exercise needs. Bodyweight exercises show a weight field for added load only (leave it blank for unweighted reps) and still log reps per set like any other exercise. Time-based exercises use a duration field instead of a rep count; you can pick a preset length or set your own, and the set is logged as time held rather than reps completed.

What to do

  • For a bodyweight exercise, leave the weight field blank unless you're adding load, such as a vest, a plate, or a belt.
  • For a timed exercise, switch the set to duration mode and set the target length before you start.
  • Mix both freely within one workout: the mode is per exercise, not per workout.
