Deleting your account permanently removes your programs, workout history, and personal records, and Kenso can't undo it once it's done. The option isn't shown for admin or guest accounts: a guest never created an account to delete.

Where to find it

Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account, listed below Log Out and set apart from it for safety.

How it works

Tap Delete Account, read the warning, and type DELETE in all caps to confirm. The confirm button stays disabled until you do. Once you confirm, Kenso deletes the account, signs you out, and returns you to the sign-in screen.

What gets deleted

Your programs, your full workout history, and your personal records are removed along with the account itself. There's no recovery window afterward, so export anything you want to keep first (see Export your data).

If you subscribed to Pro

Deleting your Kenso account doesn't cancel an active App Store or web subscription by itself. Cancel it separately (see Manage your subscription), or it will keep renewing with no account left to use it on.

Apple Health

Deleting your Kenso account doesn't touch the Apple Health data on your phone. Kenso only reads from Apple Health, it never writes to it, so there's nothing there for account deletion to remove. If you want to remove what Kenso has synced from Apple Health on Kenso's side, see Deleting synced health data.

Good to know

  • If you want a clean slate rather than permanent deletion, Clear Local Cache in Settings → Account wipes what's stored on this device without touching your account or the data saved on Kenso's servers.
  • Guest accounts don't need deleting: their data lives only on the device, so uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage removes it.
