To bring your Hevy history into Kenso, export your data from Hevy as a CSV, then upload that file in Kenso's Import Workouts flow. Kenso matches your Hevy exercises to its own library, previews what it found, and lets you review before anything is imported.
Where to find it
Settings → Data & Sync → Import Workouts.
Export from Hevy
In the Hevy app: Profile → Settings → Export & Import Data → Export Data (CSV). Hevy emails or downloads a CSV file. Save it somewhere you can reach from your phone or computer.
Import into Kenso
- Open Kenso and go to Settings → Data & Sync → Import Workouts.
- Drop or browse to the Hevy CSV you exported (CSV or JSON, up to 10MB).
- Kenso detects the format and shows a preview: how many workouts, exercises, and sets it found.
- Review the preview, then tap Import.
What gets mapped
Kenso matches each Hevy exercise name to an exercise in its own library. Matched exercises come in with their full set history. Exercises Kenso can't confidently match are listed as unmatched in the preview. Sets using those exercises are skipped, so review that list before importing if it matters to you.
After importing
You'll see a completion screen summarizing what was imported. If you brought in enough recent sessions, Kenso offers to turn your imported routine into a program. See Create a program from your imported history for what that does and how to activate it.
Good to know
- Importing again later with a fresh Hevy export is a top-up: Kenso skips anything already in your account and only adds the new sessions.
- Importing is free with no limit on how much history or how many times you import.
