History shows your past workouts one week at a time, with a month calendar at the top for jumping to an older week. Tap any session to expand it and see the exercises and sets you logged, or open its menu for more options.

Where to find it

Bottom navigation → Stats → History (top-right button on the Performance page).

The calendar

The month calendar marks every day you trained. A day with a strength or recovery session gets a highlighted number; a day with a cardio session (including one imported from a wearable) gets a small dot underneath. Tap a marked day to jump the week view to that week. The calendar only goes forward as far as the current month.

Weekly view and momentum

Below the calendar, a week strip shows the week you're viewing with a count of workouts logged that week. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next week. A momentum card under the strip summarizes the week in one line: how many sessions you logged, and how many hard sets across them. The current week reads as "Current momentum"; any earlier week reads as "Archived week."

Sessions inside a week are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, or the day's name), with the most recent day first.

A session's details

Tap a session card to expand it. Strength sessions list each exercise with its completed sets (weight × reps, with your effort value if you logged one); a set that set a personal record is highlighted. Cardio and recovery sessions show a compact stat row instead: duration, distance, calories, or steps, depending on what was logged.

Each card also has a menu (the "⋮" button) with:

Cardio and recovery sessions

Workouts imported from Apple Health, Oura, or Whoop appear in the same weekly list as workouts you logged in Kenso, tagged with their source. They only offer Exertion and Delete from their menu. You can't rename or rerun an imported workout, and deleting one only removes it from Kenso's history, not from the health app it came from.

Good to know

A refresh button in the top-right corner re-pulls your history from the server without losing anything stored locally (useful if a workout finished on another device hasn't shown up yet). It's disabled while you're offline.
