A crew is a private, invite-only group of people training together. You can create one or join with a code, choose how the group's leaderboard ranks members, and decide whether your completed workouts post to its feed.
Where to find it
Tap Crews from the Home screen or the main menu. Requires a signed-in account.
Create or join a crew
From the Crews list, tap "Create crew" to start your own, or "Join with a code" to enter an invite code or paste a full invite link someone shared with you. Creating a crew is free.
How the leaderboard works
Every crew ranks members by one metric, chosen by the crew's owner: Adherence (hitting your planned sessions), XP, most PRs, most hard sets, Volume, or Volume relative to bodyweight. The owner can also set the crew to rotate through a different metric each week instead of staying fixed. Ranks appear once a crew has enough members join; a smaller crew shows member count instead of ranks until then.
Sharing with your crew
A "Share my workouts" switch on the crew's Overview tab controls whether your completed workouts post to that crew's feed. It's per-crew, so you can share with one crew and not another. You can also share a full program to the whole crew from the same tab.
Leaving or deleting
Any member can leave a crew at any time from its Overview tab. The owner can't leave their own crew: deleting it is their way out, and it removes the crew, its board, feed, and invite links for everyone in it. Neither action can be undone.
Good to know
- Crews are invite-only: there's no public directory or search.
- The owner can remove a member from the crew's settings.
- Every crew has a "Report a problem with this crew" link on its Overview tab, which emails support directly.
