Tapping your active program's card opens a read-only view of the whole program: every training day and exercise, plus a look at what it's doing for your strength. You can't edit from here; it's for reviewing what you're currently running.
Where to find it
Programs tab → tap your active program card (not the menu button).
The numbers on the card
Before you tap in, the active program's card already shows two figures: Adherence, the percentage of scheduled sessions you've completed since starting this run, and PRs this cycle, the personal records you've set since you started running this specific program.
Workouts tab
Lists every workout day in the program with its exercises, sets, and reps, exactly as they're scheduled.
Strength Impact tab
Shows what the program is doing for your strength, muscle by muscle. Once you have enough logged data, it shows a projected strength-gain range for each muscle over the rest of the program, based on your current weekly sets and how fast you've been progressing. Below that, a Coverage section splits your muscles into Primary focus (getting the highest volume) and Secondary (getting lighter volume), a quick read on where the program is putting its emphasis.
Good to know
- This screen is for the program you're currently running. To review a program you've already finished, open its View Summary instead. See Meso Summary.
- If you want to change something you see here, you can't edit directly from this screen. See Edit a Program for how to make changes to an active program.
- Freestyle (open-ended) programs don't have this view: their card opens straight to Change Program instead, since there's no fixed schedule to review.
