This page lists, day by day, exactly what each connected source (Apple Health, Oura, and Whoop) actually sent Kenso, so you can see precisely where a gap or a mismatch is coming from instead of guessing.
Where to find it
Settings → Connected Apps → Synced Health Data.
Reading it
Each day gets one row, split into a line per source. A source with nothing for that day reads "no data"; otherwise you'll see whatever it sent: readiness or recovery score, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and source-specific extras like Whoop's strain and blood oxygen or Oura's deep/REM sleep breakdown and blood oxygen. You can switch the range shown between 7, 21, and 45 days.
Why it's useful
If a recovery number looks off, or a source seems to have stopped syncing, this page tells you exactly what Kenso received (or didn't) for the day in question, which narrows down whether the issue is a missing permission, a source that hasn't synced yet, or something else. It's also the page to screenshot if you're reaching out about a sync problem, since it shows the raw per-source data rather than the blended result.
Good to know
- This page only shows your own data: there's nothing here from other accounts.
- It reflects what already synced, not a live pull. If you connected a source moments ago, give it a few minutes and check back rather than expecting today's row to fill in instantly.
- If a source is missing entirely for a day it should have data for, start with Apple Health is connected but nothing is syncing, which applies to Oura and Whoop the same way it does Apple Health.
