You can build a new training program, or change your current one, by asking your coach in plain language. The coach proposes the program or the changes as a preview card. Nothing is created or modified until you tap to confirm.

Where to find it

Coach tab → tap "Help me build a program," or describe what you want in the message box.

Building a new program

Tell the coach your goal, how many days a week you can train, and your experience level, or let it ask you. It proposes a full program with a breakdown of each workout day and exercise count. Review the preview card and tap "Save Program" to add it to your Programs list; nothing is saved automatically. Programs built this way are named after their goal and split so you can tell them apart later.

Adjusting your current program

Ask the coach to add, remove, swap, or update an exercise in an existing program. It proposes the specific changes, grouped by workout, as a preview card. Tap "Apply Changes" to make them. Until then, your program is untouched.

How this differs from the AI Program Builder

This is a conversation: the coach asks and proposes as you go. The dedicated builder (see Building a program with AI) walks you through a fixed set of questions instead. Both land in the same place: a program you review before it's active.

Good to know

  • A program built through chat never automatically becomes your active program: you choose that from Programs.
  • The coach can only propose changes to a program you own.
  • You need Pro to chat with the coach; see Meet your AI coach.
