The coach won't tell you because it doesn't have access to the app's screens, menus, or layout: it only knows about your training data, not your interface. Rather than guess a plausible-sounding path that might be wrong and send you looking for a button that doesn't exist, it tells you plainly that it can't see the app and points you to support instead.
What to do
- For "where is X" or "how do I do Y" questions, use send feedback or contact support directly. The coach hands off to the same place.
- Ask the coach about training instead: your programming, your progress, your recovery.
- Check Settings yourself first for anything toggle- or preference-shaped: most controls live there, even if the coach can't point to them.
