The Recovery page is where every recovery-related reading lives in one place: your readiness score, per-muscle recovery, training stress, longer-term trends, body metrics, and nutrition. Some sections are free for everyone; others are part of Pro.

Where to find it

Bottom navigation → Recovery.

Free sections

At the top, the readiness hero shows your readiness score with a short summary and the Fatigue and Energy pillars beside it. See Readiness. Below it, the muscle recovery map shows which muscles are ready, recovering, fatigued, or neglected. See Muscle recovery. Both are available to every account, including guests and free users.

Pro sections

Everything past the muscle map goes deeper and is part of Pro. Free accounts see a preview instead, with a prompt to upgrade for the full detail. The Pro sections are:

  • Today's Biometrics: your raw numbers for the day: HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, and whatever extras your connected source provides (deep and REM sleep, respiratory rate, blood oxygen).
  • What Impacts Training: a ranked list of which signals are actually moving your training quality, built from your own session history over time.
  • Recovery Drivers and Training Stress: what's behind today's readiness reading, and how your recent training load compares to your baseline.
  • Recovery Trends: your readiness and biometrics charted over the last week or month.
  • Body Metrics: bodyweight and body composition over time, when you have the data.
  • Energy & Nutrition: today's calories and macros against what you burned, plus a short recent-days history. See Energy and nutrition data in Kenso.

Good to know

  • Everything on this page updates automatically as new data syncs: there's nothing to manually refresh under normal use.
  • With no wearable connected, most sections show an empty state pointing you to Connect Apple Health rather than staying blank with no explanation.
  • On a wider screen the sections lay out in two columns; on a phone they stack in the same order.
