You can create a Kenso account with Apple, Google, or an email and password. All three land you in the same onboarding flow, and you can switch between signing up and signing in from the same screen.

Where to find it

The sign-up screen appears the first time you open Kenso, or any time at kensoforge.com/auth.

Signing up

Tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google to sign up with an existing account on that platform, no password to set. To sign up with email, enter your email and a password and tap Create Account. After signing up you go straight into onboarding, where Kenso asks how you want to train.

Signing in

If you already have an account, use the same screen and switch to sign-in mode, or use the same Apple/Google button. Kenso recognizes the account and signs you in instead of creating a new one.

Forgot your password

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. Kenso emails you a reset link.

Guest mode

Kenso also lets you try a workout or two before creating an account. A guest account keeps your data on the device only. Nothing is backed up, and it can be lost if you reinstall the app or clear browser data. Settings shows a "Sign up to save your growth" prompt while you're in guest mode; creating an account from there carries your local workouts and program over to the new account.

Good to know

  • Signing up with Apple or Google does not require a separate password: you sign in through that provider each time.
  • One Kenso account works across the iPhone app and the web app; sign in with the same method on both to see the same data.
