Most exercises in Kenso's library include a short looping animation demonstrating the movement, alongside the static thumbnail you see in lists. Tap an exercise to expand it and the full demo plays.

Where to find it

In the exercise library and exercise pickers, each row shows a small thumbnail: tap to expand it and the full animation plays in place. In a guided recovery session, the current step's demo plays automatically as you go, with no tap needed.

When there's no demo

Not every exercise has one. Custom exercises never do, since they're specific to what you added, and a handful of library exercises are still waiting on one. When there's no demo, you'll see a muscle-colored circle with the exercise's first letter instead, the same fallback used while a demo is loading.

In the workout logger

While you're logging, the demo takes the place of the exercise's order number on its card badge: tap it the same way you would in the library to see the full animation. Custom exercises keep their order number instead, since there's no demo to show.

Good to know

  • Only one animation plays at a time, by design: expanding a new exercise collapses whichever one you had open.
  • A recovery session's checklist view doesn't show step demos; switch to guided mode to see them.
  • Demos illustrate the general movement. They're a reference, not a substitute for coaching on your specific form or a doctor's guidance if you're working around an injury.
