Connected Apps lists every AI assistant you've authorized to read your Kenso data: what it can access, when it was connected, and when it was last used, with a one-tap disconnect.
Where to find it
Settings → Health & Connections → Connected Apps.
What you'll see
Each connection shows its name, exactly which scopes it was granted (workout history, programs, recovery signals, and so on), when you connected it, and when it was last used, or "Not used yet" if it hasn't made a request.
Disconnect an app
Tap Disconnect on any connection. It loses access immediately and has to be re-authorized from scratch to reconnect: there's no quiet reconnection.
Reconnecting
Go back through the assistant's own connector setup (see Connect Kenso to ChatGPT or Connect Kenso to Claude) and approve the scopes again. You'll choose which scopes to grant the same way you did the first time; it isn't limited to what you approved before.
Why check this page
The scopes list is the clearest picture of what a connected assistant can actually do with your account, more specific than remembering "I connected ChatGPT once." If you're unsure whether an assistant can see your health data or only your workout history, this page has the answer.
Good to know
- If you haven't connected anything yet, this page shows a link to the setup guide instead of a list.
- On the native app, that setup link shows as text you can copy, since an in-app browser can't complete the OAuth handshake: open it on a computer or another browser instead.
- A day-by-day view of what your connected wearables have actually synced lives one tap away, under Synced Health Data: see Your synced wearable data.
