You can download your complete workout history yourself, anytime, from inside the app. For anything beyond that (account records, connected-app grant history) you can request a copy by contacting support.
Where to find it
Settings → Export Workout Data, for the in-app export. For anything else, email support@kensoforge.com.
What you can export yourself
The in-app export gives you your full workout history (sessions, sets, reps, weights, and RPE) as a JSON or CSV file, useful for backing up your training or moving it into another app. See Export your data for the how-to.
Requesting the rest
For a copy of anything beyond your workout history (account details, or the record of which AI assistants have connected to your account and when) email support@kensoforge.com and describe what you're looking for.
Deleting your data
Deleting your account permanently removes your programs, workout history, and personal records: see Delete your account. This is separate from export: export makes you a copy, delete removes the original. If you want a copy before you go, export first.
What isn't part of the in-app export
The in-app export covers your workout history. It doesn't include things like your AI coach conversation summary, saved coach memories, or connected-app grant history. Those are covered by a direct request to support, described above.
Good to know
- Exporting doesn't remove anything from Kenso: it's a copy, not a transfer.
- JSON keeps the full structure of your training data, useful for importing back into Kenso later; CSV is a flat, one-row-per-set format better suited to a spreadsheet.
- There's no limit on how often you can export: run it again anytime you want a fresh copy.
