You can connect your Kenso account to Claude so you can ask about your training (recovery, programs, workout history) directly from a Claude conversation, on web or desktop. It's a Pro feature and uses a standard OAuth connection, not a Kenso login shared with Anthropic.
Where to find it
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Set it up
- Open claude.ai and make sure you're signed in.
- Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste
https://api.kensoforge.com/mcpas the URL, and enterclaude-connectoras the Client ID. Leave the client secret blank. - You'll be redirected to kensoforge.com to review and approve the specific data scopes you want to share.
- Ask Claude about your training. It calls Kenso tools only when your question needs them.
What you can ask
Try things like "Pull my recovery insights and tell me whether to push intensity today" or "Build me a push/pull/legs program and save it as a draft." Claude doesn't poll your account in the background: it only reads data when a question triggers a tool call.
Manage or disconnect
See exactly what's connected, when it was last used, and revoke access anytime from Settings → Connected Apps in Kenso: see Connected Apps and what they can access. Revoking is immediate.
Good to know
- This requires Kenso Pro.
- You choose which scopes to grant at connection time (training history, programs, health signals, and so on) and can revoke them without uninstalling anything.
- A program Claude builds for you lands in Drafts; you decide when to activate it.
