Not yet. Kenso logs one weight per set, so for a per-hand or per-leg exercise you enter a single number, not a separate left and right value. There's a Unilateral setting for exercises like dumbbell rows or lunges that tells Kenso the weight you entered is per side, so your logged volume counts correctly, but it still doesn't let you record two different weights within the same set.

What to do

  • Log the weight of your weaker or limiting side, since that's the one setting your real capacity for the movement.
  • Turn on the Unilateral setting for per-hand or per-leg exercises so your logged volume counts correctly, even though the weight field stays single.
  • Use the note field on the exercise if you want a record of a lasting side-to-side difference.

See the exercise menu for where that setting lives.
