You can fix a mistyped weight or rep count on any past strength session, or rename the session, right from History. Cardio and recovery sessions can be renamed but not have their sets edited, since they don't log sets.

Where to find it

Stats → History (top-right button on the Performance page) → tap a session to expand it → session's "⋮" menu → Edit sets (or Rename).

Editing sets

Choose Edit sets and every completed set in the session becomes tappable. Tap a set's weight or rep number to open a small input, change the value, and repeat for any other sets that need fixing. Save applies every change at once; Cancel discards them.

Kenso checks each edit before saving: weight and reps must be zero or positive numbers. If any edit fails that check, nothing saves until you fix it.

What changes, and what doesn't

Saving updates the set's weight and reps, and recalculates the session's total volume to match. It does not re-run progression for that exercise, and it does not recompute which sets were personal records. A PR flagged at logging time stays flagged even if you later edit the numbers. If you're correcting a set that should have been a PR, or un-correcting one that shouldn't have been, that flag won't update on its own.

Renaming a session

Choose Rename from the same menu, type a new name, and confirm. This only changes the label shown in History. It doesn't touch the exercises, sets, or date.

Good to know

  • Edits save locally first, so they apply even if you're briefly offline, and sync to the server once you're back online.
  • There's no batch editor: each set is edited individually, one tap at a time.
  • To fix which exercises are in a session, or add or remove one entirely, edit sets won't help. That's not currently supported from History.
