Sharing sends a copy of a program to another Kenso user, either by searching their username or sending it to everyone in a crew you're in. They choose whether to accept it into their own library.

Where to find it

Open a program's menu → Share. To respond to programs sent to you, open the inbox from the mail icon on the Programs tab.

Sending a program

If you're in a crew, you can send to the whole crew in one tap: anyone who doesn't already have it pending gets it. Otherwise, search for a username (at least three characters) and select the person, then tap Send Program.

Responding to a shared program

Programs shared with you land in your inbox, showing the sender, the program's goal, split, and days per week. Accept adds it to your library as a new saved program; Decline removes it from your inbox without notifying the sender.

Good to know

  • Sharing a program is a Pro feature; free accounts see a lock icon and an upgrade prompt when they try. See Free vs. Pro.
  • Freestyle programs can't be shared: there's no template structure to send.
  • If a shared program is a Pro or Premium tier program and you're on the free plan, Kenso warns you that Pro features will be limited before you accept it.
  • Accepting a share you don't have room for (on a plan with a program limit) offers an upgrade prompt instead of failing silently.
